Jackson County Fire District 4 accepts written requests for public records in accordance with Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311–192.478).

Requests must be submitted in writing and mailed to:

Fees may apply for staff time, research, copying, and other costs associated with fulfilling requests, as permitted by Oregon law and District policy. An estimate of applicable fees may be provided before records are processed.
